Nam Prik Pao Spicy Baked Feta | Easy Thai-Inspired Appetizer

Creamy feta meets smoky Thai heat.

If you loved baked feta before, this version is about to become your new favorite. As the cheese softens in the oven, Nam Prik Pao melts into the olive oil, creating a rich, savory sauce that's smoky, lightly sweet, and packed with umami.

Serve it warm with crusty bread, crackers, or crisp vegetables, or spoon it over roasted potatoes, grilled chicken, or pasta. It's an effortless appetizer that tastes like you spent far more time in the kitchen than you actually did.

Why It Works

Feta's salty, tangy richness is the perfect match for Nam Prik Pao. The roasted chilies, caramelized garlic, and shallots add depth without overpowering the cheese, creating a dip that's bold, balanced, and endlessly scoopable.

It's proof that one spoonful of Nam Prik Pao can completely transform a familiar favorite.
