  • Real ingredients. Chiles, aromatics, tamarind, shallots, garlic, fermented pastes. No fillers, no shortcuts. Every sauce has a reason for everything in it.

  • Unopened, they're shelf stable. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 60 days. Though they rarely last that long.

  • Some are, some aren't. Each product has a heat indicator so you know what you're walking into. But even the hot ones are built for flavor first.

  • Chicago. Made here, shipped everywhere.

  • Most are. Check the individual product labels for allergen info. We're always transparent about what's inside.

  • Always.

  • However you want. Stir them into noodles, spoon them over rice, use them as a marinade, eat them straight off the spoon at midnight. There's no wrong way.
