Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size — no surprises, no hidden fees.

Once your order is placed, we do our best to get it out quickly. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships. From there, delivery timelines are in the carrier's hands, and we can't guarantee specific arrival dates. If something goes sideways in transit, reach out and we'll figure it out together.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or anything else outside our control. Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order — we can't redirect packages once they've left.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are consumable, we don't accept returns of opened or used items. That said, we're not going to leave you stuck with something that arrived wrong.

If your order shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at palita@pinksaltchicago.com with your order number and a photo. We'll take a look and work out a solution — whether that's a replacement or a refund, we handle it case by case.

We're a small business and we take this seriously. If something wasn't right, we want to know.
