  • All Pink Salt Kitchens sauces are made in Chicago and inspired by the markets, meals and layered flavors of Thailand.

  • Allergens vary by product. Classic Nam Prik Pao contains fish and shellfish. Vegan Nam Prik Pao contains soy. Nam Pla Waan contains fish. Suea Rong Hai and Khao Man Gai contain wheat and soy. Review each product’s allergen statement before purchasing.

  • We already did the flavor math. Spoon, spread, drizzle, or stir it straight from the jar. Add eggs, noodles, vegetables, or whatever’s lingering in your fridge. Look at you, cooking.

  • Our sauces are shelf-stable for 18 months unopened. Refrigerate after opening. For the best flavor and texture, always use a clean utensil and close the container securely between uses.

  • Shake our pourable pantry sauces well before using. Natural separation can occur because our sauces are made without added preservatives. Nam Prik Pao can be stirred if the oil naturally settles.

  • Our Nam Prik Pao varieties and Nam Pla Waan are gluten-free. Suea Rong Hai and Khao Man Gai contain wheat and soy. Always review the ingredients and allergen statement on the individual product page before purchasing.

  • Some are labeled starters, which his a great no fuss way to kick off as a stir fry base or marinade. All of our sauces are table side ready. Just drizzle, spoon, or squeeze to flavorful bliss.

  • Vegan Nam Prik Pao Hot and Vegan Nam Prik Pao Mild are completely plant-based and contain soy. Classic Nam Prik Pao and Nam Pla Waan contain fish. Classic Nam Prik Pao also contains shellfish.

  • Because Pink Salt Kitchens products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at palita@pinksaltchicago.com and we’ll make it right.
